Identify one specific trigger or fear (i.e. speaking up in meetings or going to church).
Rate your anxiety level for different versions of this fear (0-10 scale). Create five steps from easiest to hardest. Start with the lowest anxiety step THIS WEEK, master it, then move up the ladder.
