You’re caught in psychological civil war. Part of you wants to ascend the hierarchy—another part sabotages every attempt.
You’ve outgrown your old stories but haven’t authored new ones. Your potential is clear, but you’re living out contradictory narratives simultaneously.
Some days you’re the hero, other days you’re possessed by the tyrant or the victim. You must identify which parts of your psyche are working against you, confront the fear-based belief structures, and integrate them under a unified vision.
Your future self is calling—but your past self keeps answering. We have to retrain and solidify the inner instinct.
This internal “civil war” doesn’t resolve itself through time or willpower. It requires intervention. Oftentimes, you only need to find the conflicts once and the mind will attempt to remove or reconcile them. The problem is there are often multiple layers of conflict, with multiple memories attached to each layer.
Our two day Belief Architecture Workshop is designed to identify the corrupted survival mechanisms in the mind and help restore them to their natural form and function. When we operate from fear, we confuse the system and sabotage progress. This isn’t therapy, it’s strategic psychological & spiritual architecture.
Identify one action your future self would take that your past self wouldn’t want to do.
Now design a small, measurable version of that action (something you can do in the next 72 hours). Before doing it, predict: “My past self believes _________ [whatever you’re afraid of if you do it] will happen.”
Do the small, measurable version of the action. Record what actually happens after versus what you predicted.
